How long until my order ships?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Once your package is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking.

What are the shipping rates?

We ship via Ninja Van with full tracking to all Singapore addresses.

  • Orders under SGD 50: SGD 3.90 standard delivery
  • Orders SGD 50+: Free shipping

Delivery takes 2–5 business days once the courier picks up your parcel.

Do you ship internationally?

We're currently Singapore-only, but expanding soon.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a Ninja Van tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update.

What if my address is incorrect?

Please double-check your address before checkout — especially unit numbers.

If a package returns to us due to an incorrect address or failed deliveries, a re-shipping fee may apply. Ninja Van attempts delivery up to 3 times. Use your tracking link to leave safe-place instructions if needed.

My package says delivered but I haven't received it?

First, check your letterbox, electrical riser, shoe cabinet, or with neighbors and your building's management office.

Still can't find it after 24 hours? Email write@pensift.com with your order number — we'll investigate with Ninja Van on your behalf.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final — we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we'll replace or refund it. Please report any shipping damage or missing items within 7 days of delivery.

How do I report a defect or damage?

Email write@pensift.com with:

  • Subject line: Issue Report - Order #[Your Order Number]
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or video showing the damage

We'll review your case and offer a replacement or refund if approved.
